Re: Invitation to take part in our Fun Day of Summer Group Camp 2005

Do you want to recollect your memorable lives in 16^th Hong Kong Group? Do you want to have a reunion with your old friends in 16^th Hong Kong Group? Do you want to know more about the current development of 16^th Hong Kong Group? Here comes a golden opportunity.

To celebrate the 65^th Anniversary of 16^th Hong Kong Group, we will organize a Summer Group Camp. There will be a Fun Day during the Summer Group Camp on Day 2 and we would like to invite you with your family to take part in it. On the Fun Day, we will prepare a number of activities, such as mini games and campfire for you and your family. Graduated members can take this prime opportunity to play and chat with your old friends.

Please read the following details.

1. General Information:

l Date: 24^th July 2005 (Sunday)

l Time:

a. Assembly Time: 10:45 a.m. at the Exit A of Tung Chung MTR Station

b. Dismissal Time: 9:30 p.m. at Tung Chung MTR Station

l Venue: Pui O

l Dress: Casual wear

l * Fee: HKD$65 per head

(including the fee for souvenirs and material used in the games only)

2. We will prepare a set of souvenirs for each participant who takes part in the Fun Day. The souvenirs include a shirt, cloth badge and booklet. Further details of the shirts are listed on Page 2. Please indicate your preference(s) of shirt(s) clearly when replying.

3. For meals, participants can choose to have lunch and dinner at the restaurant near our campsite. We may help you to reserve tables. Please indicate your preference(s) as well when replying.

4. If you and your family wish to take part in the Fun Day, please reply to the corresponding contact person as shown in the table below on or before 2^nd July 2005 (Saturday).

4. The background will be white in colour and the logo will be blue in colour.
