Building snow bear on Mt. Seymour
Atop Mt. Seymour for some winter fun. Tobogganing and snowbear building were the main events of the day.

A member of the First Nation gave us a short lesson. Thecorrect term for 'Totem Pole' should be 'Family Pole'. Each pole is usually carved  with their own family mascot by the same family members.

Crossing the wobbling Capilano Suspension Bridge overa canyon with a mighty river underneath, we enter an evergreen forest withtowering trees.

It's a few days of fun filled Christmas breakand we have a lot of stories to share. We definitely should get togethermore often. Let's design our own Family Pole one day!
